Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange only within 7 days - on non custom items. An exchange must be requested by email within 7 days of your receipt of the order. After we receive your email we will email a customer exchange number. Items returned for exchange must be in original condition, returned by major carrier with insurance and tracking (USPS, FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Exchanges will be allowed for items of the same or greater cost and your credit will be the amount paid less shipping / insurance costs. Christmas Gift Exchange - for items purchased for Christmas, after 11/15, exchanges are allowed as above, with an email request sent by January 1.
Our workmanship guarantee is for repairs 30 days from receipt. Please email for customer repair authorization. We will pay shipping costs both ways for authorized repairs. Glass breakage and resizing are not items covered under workmanship issues, and are not guaranteed. Jewelry items carefully handled will last a lifetime, but jewelry is subject to being dropped or mishandled or broken accidently. We are happy to offer repairs at minimal cost.
