I have always loved sea glass. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the sense of peace I feel as I walk the beaches in search of the sea glass.
When I return to my studio to begin the creative process, I sort through my treasures for the perfect piece of sea glass for a design I have in mind. Many hours later, after a few smashed fingers and near meltdowns, my vision comes to fruition. The feeling I get when I complete the process is deeply satisfying.
